Q. How do I place my order?

A. To place your order, please click on "SECURE BUY NOW" button on that page for a secure checkout...Then click "Checkout" on the Cart Drawer/Page if shown...and then just fill up the details and follow the shown steps there till you reach the order confirmation page.

Q. What is the mode of payment?

A. For Top-Notch Security of our customers, We accept payments through PayPal payment gateway.

Q. I don't have a PayPal™ account.

A. In some countries, there is an option to "checkout as guest". If you don't find it on PayPal payment page, then please quickly create your FREE account there and connect your Debit/Credit card.

It will also protect you from future online payment frauds as well. By this, you can then easily and securely buy anything online by just putting your PayPal connected email address there instead of putting your important card details on every other website.

Q. What about taxes?

A. The taxes if applicable, will be shown on the checkout page.

But regarding customs duty, you will have to check the custom duty rates of your country and you will have to pay them (if any) by yourself.

Q. What is the shipping time?

A. Normally it takes 2-4 weeks for shipment based on the country of the shipping address, But during the peak sale days especially during Holiday/Festival seasons, you can expect the shipments to be done within 6-10 weeks.

A 2-7 day of order processing time is separate.

To reduce/remove custom duty costs from your head, we sometimes send the shipments in multiple packages instead of one package.

*We do not ship to APO/FPO areas.

Q. How do I cancel/return my order?

A. To cancel/return your order, please first go through our refunds policy and send us an email regarding your issue at vidalocaheadphones@outlook.com

Regarding order cancellation, Please note that Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, then you will have to first receive it at your place and then send it to us at your own expenses.

**Do not send your return package without our approval or it will be solely your responsibility to make sure the shipment reaches us safely. If any mishap occurs with the return package in such case, then Vida Loca Headphones will not be responsible for this.

Please note that all purchases occurred from 1st December to 28/29th February of every year, will be the final sales which means they can't be returned/refunded unless the items you received were damaged/not-working or if they were not as described.

This is because the shipping takes quite long time during this period as compared to the other times of the year which is quite normal for most e-commerce businesses. But there are still many unaware customers who start requesting for refunds which give us loses and bad reputation.

We hope you will understand this and won't request for refunds in such situations if occured.
