Q. What about taxes?

A. The taxes if applicable, will be shown on the checkout page.

But regarding customs duty, you will have to check the custom duty rates of your country and you will have to pay them (if any) by yourself.

Q. What is the shipping time?

A. Normally it takes 2-4 weeks for shipment based on the country of the shipping address, But during the peak sale days especially during Holiday/Festival seasons, you can expect the shipments to be done within 6-10 weeks.

A 2-7 day of order processing time is separate.

*We do not ship to APO/FPO areas.

Important Note Regarding Shipping Time

Normally, it takes 2-4 weeks for shipment based on the country of the shipping address, But during the peak sale days especially during Holiday/Festival seasons (especially from 1st December to 28/29th February), you can expect the shipments to be done within 6-10 weeks.

To reduce/remove custom duty costs from your head, we sometimes send the shipments in multiple packages instead of one package.

The tracking number (after you receive it) may take 2-7 days to start showing the tracking update.

Once the package is dispatched from our warehouse and you received the tracking number; any delays for known or unknown reasons; will be the sole responsibility of the courier services.

Although we will surely help you in the matter at your best convenience. But we can't be held responsible for any shipping delays and mishaps being occurred to your package after once the package is shipped from our warehouse.

If any such situation occurs, unfortunately, we won't be liable to do the refunds or order return requests.
